Southern Cypress Construction, LLC. was founded in 2015 and is owned and operated by long-time Wilmington resident Jacob Stockton, our President and Head Craftsman. We are licensed, insured, and promise the highest level of quality in our work.

Originally from Charlotte, Jacob Stockton moved to Wilmington in 1999 where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Finance from UNCW and discovered his love of the local community. Jacob has a lifetime of experience with carpentry, whether honing his woodworking craft in the basement of his childhood home, building a multi-level log home with his dad on summer vacation in high school, or practicing carpentry for various operations in Wilmington over the past 10 years, his experience and know-how is the key to our success.
